If you're in the market for formal wear at informal prices, Keezer's is the place. A major player in the Harvard tuxedo scene for over 100 years, Keezer's is the oldest used clothing store in the country and prides itself on its immense selection of discounted new and used men's clothing. All tuxes rent for $50, shoes an additional $7.50. New get-ups sell for anywhere between $65-400, depending on fabric, brand, and style, though most cluster around $100. Keezer's also stocks a variety of ties ($8), bow-ties ($10), suits, suspenders, cummerbunds, cufflinks, and top hats. For especially good deals, wait for the various sales throughout the fall semester. The only downside to Keezer's is the “no refund” policy, though they usually accept an exchange if you bring the piece back unaltered. Their long experience with Harvard students means they know what you want, and that you'll ask for it at the very last minute. They'll even teach you how to tie your new bow-tie.
