The Gold Star Pool is the only city-owned, public outdoor pool in Cambridge. The pool is open for nine weeks during the summer months. Children aged eight and under must be accompanied by an adult. The cost for daily swimming is $.75.
The pool opens on June 23 and closes August 21.
Public hours will are:
Monday - Thursday, 2:00pm - 7:15pm
Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 12:30pm - 6:45pm
Children's lessons meet once a week. Enrollment is very limited. Ages 6-12. Session runs nine weeks beginning June 26 thru August 21.
Pool is unheated and the depth ranges from 2.5 to 9ft. Diving boards are not available.
