Though Cambridge, 1 is in the heart of the Square, it's somehow off the Harvard-student radar. Instead of hitting Border Café yet again, show off your savvy and try this classy dinner-and-drinks spot. The building was once a fire station (hence the name), but these days the only fires are in the kitchen, underneath Cambridge, 1's famous grilled thin-crust pizzas. Toppings include fontina, grilled chicken, manchego, cilantro oil, baby arugula, and even Maine lobster. Sadly, Cambridge, 1 holds only a beer and wine license, so boozin' is pretty basic.
