Sunday, November 09, 2008 The worst customer service I have ever received. They told my husband to drop off checks to the insurance company at their office, which does not make sense. So he asked me to do it on my way to work since I work down the street. Because I had a busy day at work I called to see if there was another alternative form of payment such as online, over the phone, debit/credit card. The guy didnt even look up our policy because he didn't have a computer, said "if your husband tells you to do something you should just do it", and when I questioned him on what he said he just asked if I wanted to cancel so that he can make out with the extra fees he could charge. When I called up the actual insurance company, they were able to solve my issue in 2 seconds which only means that this guy was not only chauvinistic and rude, but didn't know what he was doing professionally either. If I could give him negative stars I would have.
