Local chefs buy spices from here, if that gives you any indication of the variety and quality found therein. Lots of exotic spices and things like black salt and dried mushrooms that smell like maple syrup. If you're poring through your french cooking tome, and absolutely must run out and get Grains of Paradise, this is the place to go. Any epicurian/foodie would be in heaven here.
