This self-consciously trendy joint lets you choose from a large array of meats, vegetables, and sauces, then watch as all the food is cooked to perfection in front of your eyes. Fresh tortillas and steamed rice round out the deal. Still hungry? Made a yucky combination? Just like in the dining hall, you can go back again and again until you get it right. While weekday lunch is affordable (M-F unlimited $8), you have to be really hungry to make the pricey all-you-can-eat dinner worthwhile ($17). Su brunch (10:30am-3pm, $16) features all-you-can eat pancakes, omelets, and a Bloody Mary bar. Expect a reasonably long wait for dinner Th-Su.
