The antithesis of a chain hair-chopping experience, Rosie offers plenty of individual attention. The salon specializes in caring for black hair. Wash 'n' cuts are $28 for students, $30 for non-students; relaxers, color, and chemical treatments all run $60+. Up-do's and other styles for formal occasions, braiding, and weaving available. Rosie's also specializes in waxing (brows $11, all else $15+), pedicures ($30), and manicures ($13). Appointments strongly recommended, but walk-ins welcome.
